What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and AmazonPay.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you a confirmation email when you place your order that contains a link to track the status of your order. You will also receive a notification when we've shipped your item with tracking information.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us directly at help@we-ar4.com. We are only able to modify your order prior to shipment.

What if the item I ordered is damaged or defective?

Please contact us right away at help@we-ar4.com so that we can make it right.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet, but we hope to do so in the future.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within the United States. We’re exploring sustainable options to expand to other regions.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping if you choose the Free Carbon Neutral Shipping option at checkout which gets to you in 3 to 5 days. If you choose expedited shipping, the shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Our processing time is within 48 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays. We’ll send you an email when your package is on its way.

How can I track my shipment?

Once we ship your package, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

We offer returns within 30 days for a full refund to your original form of payment. You can read more here.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Our packaging is intentionally minimal and practical. It’s not meant to be luxurious but simply a way to protect your purchase as it travels to you. Our poly bags are biodegradable. All paper materials within the package are made from recycled materials and printed with soy ink.

What are excess materials?

Excess materials are textiles and leathers that are left unused each season. They’re mostly an inevitable byproduct of the fashion supply chain.

Do you use excess for everything you make?

Almost. About 85% of our collection is made with excess. For the remainder, we prioritize low-impact materials. You can read more about our material hierarchy here.

Are your products unisex?

Our products are made for all genders.

Do you plan to offer extended sizes?

As our business grows, we will add sizes. Most of our ready-to-wear is designed for an oversize, relaxed fit.

Where do you make your products?

Currently, most of our ready- to-wear is produced locally in New York, and our bags are made in Indonesia. Our distribution center is just outside New York City. In general, we’re making decisions to reduce the transportation required between the material source, where the items are produced and the distribution center.
